5Equipped with the patented Brinkmann’s suction de-aeration system are excellently suited to pumping extremely inflated fluids (emulsions resp. cooling/cutting oils) as they occur in heavy cutting when turning, milling or grinding.  The quick suctioning immersion pumps attain stable working conditions as soon as the liquid level reaches the suction inlet.  All types are also available as suction immersion pump (TAS/STS).

7Free flow-immersion pumps series FT/SFT are provided to lift coolant for filtering.  Coarse shreds can be transported together with liquids.  Inside slot of pump has same dimension as output pipe.  The cantilever design pumps (-C) and models with slurping capablity (-CL) are available upon request.

8Models TS12 to TM26 are suitable for NC machine tools featuring coolant supply through the tool holder or driving spindle or equipped with internally cooled tool.  These pumps are fitted with a peripheral impeller to achieve a compact high pressure unit.  Series TS/TM are suitable for filtered coolant only.

9Our multi stage pump versions TC25-TC160 have been especially developed for supplying internally cooled tools with coolant fluid. 
The use of closed impellers gives optimum hydraulic efficiency while minimising power consumption.  Series TC are suitable for filtered coolant only.

11Series TH/FH using closed impellers minimise power consumption by optimum hydraulic efficiency.  Thus series TH offer high pressure although having small depth of immersion.  In combination with pre-pumps or central coolant supply series FH work as pressure booster up to 26 bar increase.  Series TH/FH are suitable for filtered coolant only.

12Miniature centrifugal pumps series, KB, KC and SB are suitable for pumping thin-bodied fluids.  With the exception of models KB41 and KB51, they operate according to the bypass duct principle with self-priming function following initial priming. Miniature centrifugal pumps series B401...501 are suitable for pumping clean fluids up to 140º temperature and 5 bar system pressure.

13High pressure is provided by our screw pumps using long-wearing silicon carbide capsules and high strength screw spindles.  Screw
pumps are optimal for pumping filtered greasing fluids such as coolants (oils and emulsions with at least 3% content).  Due to their construction principle, the Bs/TBS series of pumps work with force.  To prevent explosion they need a pressure-limiting valve to carry back unused coolant into the tank.  These valves are adjusted to the maximum allowed pressure of the pump in the factory.  screw pumps of the Bs/TBS should not be used without fluid.
